Your order will be processed and the ordered products will be sent to you as soon as possible, usually the same day or the next working day.

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping, by e-mail or phone.
The packaging is done in such a way that damage to the ordered products in normal transportation is almost impossible. The buyer must check the parcel visually and report the eventual damage to the postman or post company, and refuse to receive the damaged parcel.
The usual delivery time is 1 or 2 working days for Croatia, 7 or more days for European countries, up to 3 weeks for overseas countries.
Of course, it is always possible that the parcel gets misplaced in the mail, although this happens very rarely, especially with the registered mail. If you don't get the order within 7 days (Croatia) or 20 days (other countries), please contact us so that we can claim the lost parcel and/or send you the new one.
If any of our products is not working or defective, we will unconditionally and instantly replace it with the proper one, or return your money. We will cover all the costs of such replacement (postage etc.).
According to Croatian law, children and minors are not allowed to make online purchases. If you are under 18, you may use our Web shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
